Who We Are
Impact Fairfield County was founded in 2015 by Wendy Block and Vicki Craver and is based on the national Impact 100 model of collective giving. The goal was to gather at least 100 women in the area to pool their contributions to make significant philanthropic investments in local non-profits.
Since our initial grant year in 2016, we have provided $775,000 in grant funding including six $100,000 Impact FFC Grants to organizations to support new projects or programs or the significant expansion of existing programs benefiting residents of our community. Through these transformational grants, we are not only able to significantly improve the lives of those in our community, but we have developed a venue for women to learn about local needs, which non-profits are meeting those needs and educating ourselves on how to more effectively put our philanthropic investments to use.
As we enter our 5th year of giving, our goal is to reach 200 members and $1,000,000 in total giving since inception.
