Become a Member
Impact Fairfield County’s goal for its membership is to provide members with the opportunity to engage in local philanthropy on a broader and deeper level than they could as individuals.
Each member contributes $1,000 and the funds are pooled in order to make large, transformational grants of $100,000 to local non-profits each year in May. Members will determine the grant recipients through a vote of the membership after a rigorous grant review process by volunteer committee members. Finalists not awarded an Impact FFC Grant will receive a general operating grant.
To become a member of Impact Fairfield County you must be a woman at least 21 years old and reside in Fairfield County, CT. Membership contributions are due by December 31st to participate in the grant process for grants distributed the following spring. Additional contributions to help support our operating expenses and to enhance our grants are greatly appreciated. However, regardless of your level of giving, each woman has one vote for the grant finalists. Impact FFC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity and all donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
100% OF YOUR $1,000 MEMBERSHIP CONTRIBUTION WILL GO DIRECTLY TO FUND THE TRANSFORMATIONAL GRANTS TO LOCAL NON-PROFITS.
