Mission: To train, support, and sustain community child care providers to ensure that children and families have the foundation they need to succeed in school and in life. Through their programs, child care professionals succeed as business owners; working parents find stable, high-quality care for their children; and children gain an educational foundation that lays the groundwork for achievement in school and beyond.

Project Funded: Expanding the Supply, Quality and Sustainability of Family Child Care in Danbury will significantly expand All Our Kin’s programming in Danbury - bolstering the reach of existing programs and launching additional programs - thus transforming opportunities for approximately 125 family child care (FCC) educators and, in turn, more than 600 children and families on an annual basis. The program will support 32 educators in obtaining licensure, creating new high-quality, affordable child care spaces for as many as 120 children; engage nine educators in Educational Coaching; offer 12 sessions of professional development opportunities; and offer one iteration of our 10-session, 30-hour Business Series to 15 educators.
